• Missed lessons, cancellations, reschedules, and makeup lessons are subject to AquaCats’ current policies

Clients agree to:

• Maintain a safe and clean pool environment
• Ensure gates, fences, and safety barriers are properly secured
• Supervise children as required during lessons
• Inform AquaCats of any medical conditions or safety concerns
• Treat instructors and staff with respect

AquaCats reserves the right to suspend or terminate lessons if unsafe conditions exist.

Swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks. By participating in AquaCats services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with swim instruction, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents, except where prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AquaCats Mobile Swim School LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in services or use of the website.
